The CAREC Federation of International Logistics and Commerce Associations (CFILCA) is a legally established non-governmental organization in Mongolia, established in October 2019.

CFILCA originated from the CAREC Federation of Carrier and Forwarder Associations (CFCFA). CFCFA was initiated under the framework of the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC) and was officially established in Almaty in March 2010, following approval by the 8th CAREC Ministerial Conference. In response to the recommendations outlined in the Joint Ministerial Statement of the 17th CAREC Ministerial Conference regarding the establishment of the CAREC Chamber of Commerce, CFILCA was formally established in Mongolia in 2019 on the basis of CFCFA.

CFILCA is dedicated to providing a platform for carriers, freight forwarders, logistics associations, and chambers of commerce across the CAREC region and other relevant countries to facilitate exchanges and promote practical cooperation. Currently, CFILCA members are spread across 11 CAREC member countries.
