Association of legal entities «Association of International Road Transport Operators of the Kyrgyz Republic «AIRTO-KR»» is a non-profit, voluntary association of legal entities, that are carrying out international goods and passengers road transport operations and promoting development of the international road transport.
The Association serves as a guaranteeing association in accordance with the Customs Convention on the International Transport of Goods under Cover of TIR Carnets, 1975 (hereinafter TIR Convention) and maintains international guarantee chain on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as in accordance with the TIR Convention, contractual relationships and rules of the International Road Transport Union (IRU), issues TIR Carnets to the international road transport operators, authorized to use TIR Carnets, i.e. TIR Carnet holders. Nowadays AIRTO KR associates 83 road transport operators (with 2,056 vehicles) that are members of the AIRTO KR. Activity of the Kyrgyz road transport operators working under the TIR Carnets: according to statistics of the UNECE, by the end of 2013 the Kyrgyz Republic was ranked 16th for number of issued TIR Carnets out of 57 countries using the TIR system.

Pakistan International Freight Forwarders Association (PIFFA) - is a representative trade body of +550 Member Companies engaged in freight forwarding licensed by Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan. PIFFA is National Member of Pakistan at FIATA and CFCFA (CAREC Federation of Carrier & Forwarder Associations). Being Member of NTTFC (National Trade & Transport Facilitation Committee), the Association actively participates in policy and decision-making process on industry related matters. PIFFA Training Institute -PTI- working under PIFFA Management imparts FIATA accredited Diploma in International Freight Forwarding courses since 2007. The Institute has also FIATA recognition as ICAO-FIATA DG Training Centre. Our application to conduct FIATA Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management (HDSCM) will received FIATA ABVT consideration for validation during FWC-Istanbul-October’2014.
The affairs of Association are run by Executive Committee consisting of Chairman, Senior Vice Chairman, Vice Chairman and fifteen members elected annually across the country. The Executive Committee relegates some activities to Standing Committees who attend matters like Training & Education, Trade Disputes & Reconciliation, Defaulted Payments, Transit Trade matters, Export & Import Consolidation, Events & Public Relations, Trucking, Social Responsibilities and many more.
The Association interact with Customs, Tax officials, SRB, TDAP, NTTFC, UNCTAD, PTP US-AID, FPCCI, KCCI, FBR, SBP, office bearers of different Associations with a view to highlight issues being faced by members and to develop cordial working relationship.

Association of International automobile transport of Tajikistan (AIATT) was created in 2010 to coordinate activities of the Association and to represent and protect their interests in sphere of transportations of goods and passengers in international road traffic, both in Tajikistan well as abroad. The main objectives of the Association are dealing with the government and other organizations concerning formation of transport policy, the implementation of regulation functions market for international of transport services to ensure conditions of fair competition in the interest of the international automobile carriers, improving the regulatory framework and mechanisms of its realization. The Association unites about 20 members - trucking companies, has long been positively reputable in the market for international road transport and working mainly by the direction of China, Kyrgyzstan and Afghanistan.
