On the afternoon of December 22, 2025, Mr. Lin Zhong, Chairman of the CAREC Federation of International Logistics and Commerce Associations (CFILCA), together with Mr. Chen Zheng, Vice Chairman, and representatives of the CFILCA Wuhan Representative Office, paid a courtesy visit to the Hubei Transportation and Logistics Association to exchange views on deepening regional logistics cooperation.

The delegation was warmly received by Ms. Shao Xianling, Secretary-General of the Association, who provided a comprehensive introduction to its organizational structure, operational management, and key challenges facing the industry. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions focusing on cross-regional logistics coordination and innovation, standardization development, the alignment and application of CAREC–ASEAN international road transport documents, as well as related liability insurance mechanisms.
The two parties reached broad consensus on strengthening information sharing, exploring cooperative frameworks, and advancing practical cooperation projects, laying a solid foundation for deeper collaboration.

CFILCA noted that the visit represents a key initiative following the establishment of its Wuhan Representative Office. Wuhan is regarded as a strategic hub for advancing institutional cooperation and regulatory alignment in regional logistics. Leveraging Hubei’s comprehensive transportation hub advantages and industrial foundation, CFILCA plans to pilot cross-regional logistics rule coordination in Hubei, refine such practices through implementation, and provide replicable experience for nationwide promotion, contributing to China’s higher-level opening-up.
Looking ahead, the CFILCA Wuhan Representative Office will continue to enhance coordination with the Hubei Transportation and Logistics Association and other local industry organizations, promoting Central Asia–China–ASEAN cross-regional logistics cooperation toward higher quality and deeper integration.
