On 6th of April, MNCCI, Mongolian Logistics Association, and School of advanced business at Science and Technology University jointly held “Crisis management” training under the event themed “Logistics role of Trade facilitation” on 18th-20th of April, 2016. About 20 organizations and companies in different fields such as trade, transport, freight forwarding, retailer and distributer were participated in the training.
It’s aimed to find ways overcoming challenges of trade and business field and analyze current economic situation. And organizers not only held for a-day-training but also delivered certificate for participators. The training was conducted by scientist, doctor and researcher, who are leaders of the field including Ph.D Batsukh.Ts of Finance and Economies University, the president, Ph.D Munkhbold.A of Mongolian Logistics Association, senior advisor of Academy Management, national consultant of Management, Unurjargal.Ts and coordinator, master of GIZ, Batzorig.N. “Crisis management”, “Economic crisis and Current economic situation of Mongolia”, “Project management” and “Ways reducing transport and logistics cost in supply chain” presentations were reported also.
In addition, production demand and supply’s relationship between manufacturer, distributor, wholesaler and retailer was expressed by playing the logistics specialist’s functional simulation game named “Beergame”. The teamwork was helpful to confirm participator’s theoretical knowledge.
Moreover, most speakers emphasized that every organization must be sustainable, long-term management and permanent activity which is one of the prevention method from crisis. Therefore, professional and skillful human resource’s predicting, researching and analyzing ability is absolutely essential.
