The CAREC Federation of International Logistics and Commerce Associations (CFILCA) has announced the appointment of new Vice Chairmen, following the resolution adopted at the CFCFA / CFILCA General Assembly held on 16 October 2025.
Following deliberation and approval by the General Assembly, the following individuals have been appointed as Vice Chairmen of CFILCA ( listed in alphabetical order by country name; no ranking implied) :From left to right:

The term of office of the Vice Chairmen will run from January 2026 to January 2029.The newly appointed Vice Chairmen bring extensive experience in international road transport, freight forwarding, and regional logistics cooperation, with long-standing involvement in trade facilitation, cross-border transport coordination, and multilateral industry frameworks.CFILCA noted that these appointments will further strengthen the Federation’s representativeness and professional capacity across Central Asia and neighboring regions, supporting efforts to enhance cross-border connectivity, align logistics standards, and develop key regional trade corridors.Looking ahead, CFILCA will continue to work closely with its leadership team and member organizations to promote digital, sustainable, and integrated transport solutions, while addressing emerging challenges in global logistics.About CFILCA
