Association of Afghanistan Freight Forwarder Companies (AAFFCO)
established in 2003. The Association has over 480 members. The main activity of the Association is support of member companies and improvement of private sector of Afghanistan.

Азербайджан ABADAAzerbaijan International Road Carriers Association (ABADA) established in 1993. ABADA is a public noncommercial organization uniting Azerbaijan physical and legal entities, carrying out international transportations of goods by road transport. ABADA is a guarantee body on application of Customs TIR Convention on the territory of Azerbaijan and an active member of the International Road Transport Union (IRU). ABADA conducts training courses for managers and drivers.

KFFA is the only voluntary association of legal entities representing the interests of freight forwarders in Kazakhstan and abroad. KFFA facilitates the freight forwarding business by improving the legislation, training the specialists according to FIATA standards, etc. The Association is an active member of International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA) and is officially included in a number of working groups.

stablished in December 1993, is a member of International Road Transport Union, acts as guarantor of execution of TIR Customs Convention in Kazakhstan. KAZATO is non-commercial organization, unites 250 transport companies, has its Training Centre, publishes magazine, is an associated member of Coordination transport conference of Ministers of transport of CIS member states and associated member of International Transport Academy.

Kazakhstan Association of Carriers and Wagon (Container) Operators (KACWO) f
ounded in 2004. It includes 13 major companies – wagon operators of Kazakhstan. KACWO develops the activity of wagon (container) operators, forms the market of transportation services by improving the legislation, representing and protecting the interests of member associations in the state authorities.

Казахстан KazlogisticsUnion of Kazakhstan transport workers “KAZLOGISTICS” is a Union of transport and logistics organizations and associations of Kazakhstan, which is a public transport logistics development coordinator, global transit potential of Kazakhstan and synergies of all modes of transport. Tasks of KAZLOGISTICS is the interaction with the public authorities on the development of transport and logistics systems (TLS) and the development of public-private partnership, participation in the development of legislative and normative-legal acts, the support of the members of KAZLOGISTICS in realization of projects in the sphere of transport services, the development of multimodal transport in the region, helping to introduce innovations in the field of logistics, as well as assistance in the promotion and integration of Kazakhstan into the world transport system. To date, full members of the Union are 550 companies.

Logo AIRTO1Association of legal entities «Association of International Road Transport Operators of the Kyrgyz Republic  «AIRTO-KR»» is a non-profit, voluntary association of legal entities, that are carrying out international goods and passengers road transport operations and promoting development of the international road transport.

The Association serves as a guaranteeing association in accordance with the Customs Convention on the International Transport of Goods under Cover of TIR Carnets, 1975 (hereinafter  TIR Convention) and maintains international guarantee chain on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as in accordance with the TIR Convention, contractual relationships and rules of the International Road Transport Union (IRU), issues TIR Carnets to the international road transport operators, authorized to use TIR Carnets, i.e. TIR Carnet holders. Nowadays AIRTO KR associates 83 road transport operators (with 2,056 vehicles) that are members of the AIRTO KR.  Activity of the Kyrgyz road transport operators working under the TIR Carnets: according to statistics of the UNECE, by the end of 2013 the Kyrgyz Republic was ranked 16th for number of issued TIR Carnets out of 57 countries using the TIR system.

Since 1990, and the end of the socialist system, the MNCCI has established itself as Mongolia’s leading non-governmental institution. MNCCI has expanded to include 23 subsidiary branches in the Mongolian countryside and actively cooperates with more than 40 international Chambers of Commerce and Trade Promotion Organizations. National Road Transport Association of Mongolia (NARTAM)


National Road Transport Association of Mongolia was founded in 1991 and includes 7 National Association also international, intercity, city, public passengers and freight transport companies and operators. Main activities of our association are to assist state and private sectors to develop road transportation, expand local and international road transportation activities, serve its members, also to implement some state functions on the basis of government resolution such as distribution of bilateral permissions.

Pakistan International Freight Forwarders Association (PIFFA) - is a representative trade body of +550 Member Companies engaged in freight forwarding licensed by Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan. PIFFA is National Member of Pakistan at FIATA and CFCFA (CAREC Federation of Carrier & Forwarder Associations). Being Member of NTTFC (National Trade & Transport Facilitation Committee), the Association actively participates in policy and decision-making process on industry related matters. PIFFA Training Institute -PTI- working under PIFFA Management imparts FIATA accredited Diploma in International Freight Forwarding courses since 2007. The Institute has also FIATA recognition as ICAO-FIATA DG Training Centre. Our application to conduct FIATA Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management (HDSCM) will received FIATA ABVT consideration for validation during FWC-Istanbul-October’2014.

The affairs of Association are run by Executive Committee consisting of Chairman, Senior Vice Chairman, Vice Chairman and fifteen members elected annually across the country. The Executive Committee relegates some activities to Standing Committees who attend matters like Training & Education, Trade Disputes & Reconciliation, Defaulted Payments, Transit Trade matters, Export & Import Consolidation, Events & Public Relations, Trucking, Social Responsibilities and many more.

The Association interact with Customs, Tax officials, SRB, TDAP, NTTFC, UNCTAD, PTP US-AID, FPCCI, KCCI, FBR, SBP, office bearers of different Associations with a view to highlight issues being faced by members and to develop cordial working relationship.

PIFFA endeavor and promote business culture with fair and best business practices.

Association of International Automobile Carriers of the Republic of Tajikistan  (ABBAT) registered in 1995 as an international public organization. Participates in working out international agreements, legislative acts of the Republic of Tajikistan in international road connection, creating and developing a net of terminals for international road operators, issuing TIR Carnets, CMR, Permits and other documents.

Association of International automobile transport of Tajikistan (AIATT) was created in 2010 to coordinate activities of the Association and to represent and protect their interests in sphere of transportations of goods and passengers in international road traffic, both in Tajikistan well as abroad. 
The main objectives of the Association are dealing with the government and other organizations concerning formation of transport policy, the implementation of regulation functions market for international of transport services to ensure conditions of fair competition in the interest of the international automobile carriers, improving the regulatory framework and mechanisms of its realization. The Association unites about 20 members - trucking companies, has long been positively reputable in the market for international road transport and working mainly by the direction of China, Kyrgyzstan and Afghanistan.
